Programs
Start with one shift. Scale when the numbers move.
Every program runs on the same method, so a deputy who hears it at roll call, a sergeant who learns it in First-Line Leader, and a spouse who hears it at the Home Front are all speaking the same language. Start where your agency hurts most.
| Program | Who | Format | Time | Best first step if… |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Roll-Call Series | Every rank, every shift | Sergeant-led from scripts, plus short video | 12 × 10 min | You want everyone speaking the same language fast, at no cost in overtime |
| First-Line Leader | Corporals, sergeants, FTOs, promotion candidates | In person, 2 days or 4 half-days | 16 hrs | New supervisors are learning on the job, or good deputies are refusing promotion |
| Pressure & Resilience | All sworn and civilian staff | In person or live virtual | 8 hrs (or 4 × 2 hrs) | You need mental-health hours that people actually use |
| Command Cohort | Lieutenants, captains, command staff | 6–10 leaders, monthly sessions + 1:1 | 6 months | Culture change keeps stalling in the middle of the organization |
| The Home Front | Officers and families (voluntary) | Evening sessions, families invited | 4 sessions | Family strain is showing up in sick time, discipline, or resignations |
| Retention Audit | Command and HR | Data, surveys, stay interviews, report | 90 days | You're losing people and want the real reasons, in writing |
Built to count
Content that overlaps state requirements (mental health, ethics, leadership) is packaged with lesson plans, objectives, and assessments so your agency can submit it for continuing-education credit with your state's training council.
Train your own trainers
Every program can be licensed with a train-the-trainer day, so your own sergeants and FTOs deliver it after the first run and the program keeps going without an outside vendor.
Numbers, not testimonials
Each engagement starts with a baseline (morale survey, separations, participation) and ends with a written report against it. If the numbers don't move, you'll know from our own report.
Not sure where to start?
A 30-minute briefing with command covers where your agency is losing people, what fits your schedule and budget, and whether a one-shift pilot makes sense. No pitch deck.
