The job doesn't stay at work. Hypervigilance, the command voice, rotating shifts, and money stress follow people home, and family strain is one of the things that ends careers. The Home Front gives officers and the people who love them a shared language and a plan.
Spouse & family orientation
For new hires' families: what the academy, field training, and the first two years actually look like, shift work, what "I'm good" can mean, and who to call. Ideally held during the academy.

How Hard, Careful, and Invisible show up at the kitchen table, and why command presence that works on a scene backfires with a spouse or a teenager. Couples welcome.
The six-front game plan
Fitness, family, finances, friends, fun, and foundation. Each household writes a plan, including an offense plan (what we give) and a defense plan (what we guard against).
Financial footing
Budgeting around overtime, getting out of debt, understanding the retirement benefit, and building savings on a public-service salary. Educational only; no products sold.

Participation is always voluntary and confidential. The Home Front doesn't replace marriage counseling, financial advising, or clinical care, and refers out when those are needed.
